Who We Are
In 2018 my husband and I transitioned to a plant based whole food diet. My husband needed to reduce cholesterol and I wanted an end to joint pain and fatigue. We could easily find groceries and prepare meals but snacks were a challenge. We found there were very few that fit our new lifestyle. Everything was sugar laden, highly processed or both. I started working on my recipe for kale chips and found something we really loved and could keep for between meal or on-the-go snacks. Our teenage children even loved them.
Since then we have worked to expand healthy selections to include teas, ramen and other ideas yet to become reality.
